FAQ 2026

We believe great collaboration starts with clarity. That's why we've gathered the questions that come up most often — before a project even begins.

01

Collaboration

Who we are, who we work with, and what to expect.

No. Before accepting a project we assess whether there's a genuine fit — between what the client needs, what we do well, and whether we can actually add value. We work with brands that understand a serious website isn't a cost but an investment. If we feel the timing or context isn't right, we say so directly — without dancing around it.
Yes. Geography is not a barrier. We manage everything online — from the first conversation through delivery and ongoing support. We've worked with clients from Serbia, the wider region, and internationally, and there's no difference in approach or quality.
We work with brands that have a clear identity or are actively building one — businesses that have outgrown a generic website and want something more considered, companies whose online presence needs to reflect the level of what they actually offer. Most often: small and medium businesses, premium brands, and professionals who understand that first impressions carry real cost.
No. Every collaboration is structured around the actual need — project-based or through a monthly retainer for maintenance and development. No forced long-term commitments. The goal is for the collaboration to make sense for both sides — and to last as long as it's useful.
02

Process & timelines

What working with us looks like from the inside.

It starts with a brief inquiry or conversation where we assess the essence of the project — goal, context, deadline, and scope. If there's a good fit, we send a clear proposal with a defined structure and timeline. No generic replies, no vague estimates, no weeks of silence before a response.
It depends on scope. Landing pages and smaller web projects usually take 2 to 4 weeks. More complete presentational, B2B, or ecommerce websites are most often in the 4 to 8 week range. We always define the final timeline in the proposal, based on the real scope, content readiness, and feedback pace on your side.
We work in clearly defined phases — from strategy and wireframing, through the design system and prototype, to development and testing. There's a feedback point at every key step. No surprises, no "what is this suddenly" moments. Transparency is part of the process, not an add-on you pay extra for.
We've structured the process to minimise how much of your time it takes — but we do need clear, timely communication at key feedback points. The clearer and faster the feedback, the smoother the project runs. What we don't work well with: waiting a month for a response mid-build, then needing everything urgently. That rarely produces good results.
03

Content & delivery

What's included, what you bring, and what we handle.

Yes. When the project calls for it, we help with copywriting, message hierarchy, and page structure. You don't need to arrive with finished text. It's enough that you can clearly explain what the business does, who it sells to, and what the website needs to communicate.
Both. Redesign is common, especially when the current site technically exists but no longer matches the level of the business, doesn't communicate clearly, or feels dated. In those cases we rebuild structure, visual direction, copy, and UX logic — not just the surface.
Yes. If you already have hosting and a domain, we work within that setup. If you don't, we help you choose a practical, stable option and guide you through the basic infrastructure needed to launch the website properly.
Yes. Where needed, we offer monthly technical maintenance, updates, and ongoing development. It's especially useful when content changes regularly, new pages are being added, or the project needs to keep evolving after launch.
Yes, though web is always the foundation. We have capacity for Instagram management, Meta and Google campaigns, SEO, branding, and content production. These services most often come as extensions of a web engagement — a natural next step for brands that want a complete and consistent digital presence under one roof.

Budget & next steps

What to know before you send an inquiry.

We have clear starting collaboration models. Start Web begins at €900, Growth Web at €1,900, Signature Web at €3,900, and custom projects are quoted on request. The final price always depends on page count, copy scope, integrations, and project complexity, but the starting framework is clear from the beginning.
Yes. For a serious web project, our starting range is usually €900 for a smaller site or landing page, around €1,900 for a stronger multi-page presence, and from €3,900 for a more ambitious premium scope. If you're not sure where your project fits yet, send an inquiry and we'll help place it in a realistic range.
It's enough to send: what the business does, what you need, a link to the current site if one exists, a rough budget, desired timing, and a short note on the project's goal. You don't need to have everything fully defined. What matters is that we can quickly assess fit and the right next step.
We aim to respond within 1 to 2 business days. If the project you describe is a genuine fit for what we do, we'll reply with a concrete next step. We don't send generic "we've received your inquiry" messages — if we write, we write with purpose.

If you still have one important question left,
that's usually a sign we should talk.

Send an inquiry and tell us briefly what you need. If we feel we can help, we'll come back with a clear next step.
